Coverage depends on the product:
- Track lights: lifetime warranty on the lights and 10 years on system parts.
- Deck Lights: lifetime warranty on the lights, 5 years on the deck light rings and 10 years on system parts.
- Flood Lights and Patio Lights: 5 years on the lights and 10 years on system parts.
Lifetime means 50,000 hours of use, around 20 years at 7 hours a day. System parts include power kits, controllers, extensions, cables, connectors and tracks. Systems installed before October 1, 2024 are covered by the original 5-year warranty, and flood lights installed before October 1, 2026 keep the warranty they were sold under.
The warranty can be transferred once to a new homeowner. It does not cover labor. Each authorized dealer offers its own labor warranty, and on-site service may have fees depending on the dealer’s terms.
