How we contact you
When you request a quote, Gemstone Lights and the authorized dealer for your area may contact you by phone or email to discuss your request and arrange a quote.
Who contacts you
Gemstone Lights, and the independent authorized dealer who serves your area. We pass your request to that dealer so they can respond.
What it is about
Your request, the quote, scheduling and follow-up on it. Newsletters and promotions are separate and are only sent to people who sign up for them.
Stopping
Reply to any email, or email us, and we and the dealer will stop contacting you about the request.
Text messages
We do not send text messages from quote requests.
