Our lights are designed to withstand the strongest winter storms and rainfalls, though some build-up of salt or dirt may occur. To keep your lights looking their best, we recommend using a wet microfiber cloth to wipe down your track to keep it clean.

Troubleshooting can be tedious and frustrating, but connecting your lights to your phone with the Gemstone Lights HUB 2 controller is simple and quick. All you need is the Gemstone Lights app, Wi-Fi, and our Gemstone Lights.

The first thing to do is to check your Wi-Fi router and make sure your Wi-Fi is still on and connected to your phone.

To reconnect to the lights, you can rescan the QR code that was provided by your installer during the light installation.
