Getting Started: Requesting a Free Quote

You can request a quote from anywhere at any time through our website.

All you have to do is put in your postal code or zip code and a list of authorized dealerships will come up. You can browse through the options of authorized dealers, read reviews, and then choose a dealership near you.To officially send a request, you will fill out a form on the site including your personal information and the type of light installation you would like.

In the request form, you will have the option to allow an estimator to come and measure your home or building without having to knock on your door. If you choose this option, all you’ll have to do is wait for a quote to arrive in your inbox.

If you would like to be there during the estimation or have any questions about Gemstone Lights and the process, the estimator will call you and book a time to have a meeting and measure your home.

The Estimation

What to Expect

Depending on how busy the season is, an estimator will come to your home or commercial building within a couple of days to a week.

Home Track Estimation

The estimator will come to your home and take measurements of the linear footage and the depth of your soffit in the areas where the lights will be installed, then choose from an array of over 150 color options and over 12 different track angles to make sure the track matches your home perfectly.

They will also find a close outdoor outlet that’s hidden from sight where the control box that controls your lights will be connected.

A couple of pictures will be taken of your house, then your estimator will compile your estimation.

An official quote will be emailed to you including the pictures of your home outlining where the lights will be installed. Then, all you have left is to accept the quote.

Flood Lights Estimation

An estimator will first call you to book an appointment to come and do your Flood Light Estimation.

During the appointment, you and your estimator will discuss how many flood lights you would like and where you would like them installed.

After your conversation, the estimator will find the closest power source for your flood lights.

The estimator will then measure how much wire will be necessary for the installation.

They will take a picture of the space and mark up the picture where each flood light will be installed.

Once the estimator is done measuring everything needed for the installation, they will compile a quote, including the control box, how many lights you want, and anything else they feel is necessary for your installation. They’ll send that quote to you via email.

Booking an Installation

Getting Your Gemstone Lights Installed

Gemstone Lights are built to last and enhance the beauty of your home while blending in perfectly! They are rated to last 50,000 hours, withstand cold and hot temperatures, high winds, high UVs, and are energy efficient!

Here is a step-by-step guide to how your Gemstone Lights would be installed:

Home and Commercial Track Installation

Step 1:

A team of certified and trained installation technicians will come to your home or commercial building at the scheduled time.

Step 2:

Before your installer starts the installation, they will talk to you about your home, the time frame for the installation, and address any questions you may have.

An average installation lasts about eight hours, though this time can be shorter or longer depending on the linear footage of your home. You can discuss your project’s time frame with your authorized dealer.

Step 3:

Every bulb has an individual connector with a waterproof seal and is installed into a color-matched track. Each light can be individually customized and replaced if necessary with ease.

These wires will be hidden inside the track. In rare cases, if wires need to be exposed, your installer will conceal them as best as possible.

Step 4:

The track is made of durable aluminum and will be customized to the depths and angles of your home so that the track blends in nicely, but the lights shine brightly at night.

The track is typically installed on the soffit and fastened with a color-matched screw. If this is not possible, your dealer will discuss an alternate solution with you.

Step 5:

The control box is the brains of the system and what you connect to in order to control your lights. The location of this box is dependent on where a working outlet is located and will be different for every house. Some potential locations include the garage, side walls or attic. The control box will be connected to a power outlet.

Step 6:

At the end of the installation, your installer will help you connect to your lights via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and help you set up our HUB App to control the lights.

Step 3:

Your installer will bring all necessary equipment to perform a high-quality and clean installation.

Step 4:

The wires will be connected to the control box, which allows your lights to be customized and connected to the Gemstone HUB App.

Step 5:

The flood lights have the option to be staked into the ground to prevent the lights from moving.

Step 6:

At the end of the installation, your installer will help you connect to your lights via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and help you set up our HUB App to control the lights.
