    Matt was the fellow who installed the lighting. It was a good job. There was a controller problem and he had to come back to fix it. I believe the lights are working correctly. The videos and instructions do leave a lot of questions. When it says edit. What does that mean. I would need a couple of hours of back and forth with an installer to figure out how to work the app. Even in the videos the person speaks quickly and you don't have time to go over the info. There should be a good hour of one on one instruction.

    Your online tutorials could be better. For example the copy and paste command doesn't appear anywhere that I could find. Also when I created a custom pattern, saved it and later wanted to delete some of the lights, i could not find how to do a delete. It was mostly by trial and error. In addition the pattern that I saved does as i expected, but the lights that I chose all appear as black dots. I cannot tell the difference between what I chose and what I didn't.

    The installation went well and was very professional. I am very happy with the product. The only issue I have is the after sales service does not seem to be there. I had an issue with the system which I reported. GLO never followed up to help me. I ended up resolving it myself. I hope this is not how things will be going forward.
