    I love the lights but why does the app forget all the programs I have already downloaded after not using the app for a month or two? The only thing it remembers is the current timer. The app sucks because of this.

    Parker was incredibly committed to ensuring the job was finished as well as possible, even though that meant his working late into the evening. They kept me up to date on installation timelines too. All in all, about as great a customer experience as can be hoped for. The app is very good. But I hope that they continue to improve it, and even bring the program onto computer platforms so people interested in designing a large number of custom looks (geeks like me) can easily create them there.
