Wes and his helper were excellent. Very conscious of where and how they were working. They took are of everything. I would recommend Wes and his employee to anybody.

There should be a handbook of some sort that walks through the app. There are some videos on Gemstone website, but a few broken videos that are no longer available. There is nowhere that tells what all of the lines and patterns mean when creating lighting. There are just a lot of missing holes in figuring it out for yourself. It would also be amazing if within the app there could be a preview of the pattern, not necessarily your house specifically, but a string of lights for an example. They're an amazing product to look at though!

Excellent service. Very professional. The only thing I'd like to mention is that the installer wasn't aware of our 2 level, underground garage. He had to find an extension ladder to install the lights. No issues with the installation. Estimator should have made notes for the installer regarding this.

Brett did do a great job training although for us it was a bit overwhelming with all the information provided.
