Gemstone Lights Photo Contest Terms and Conditions:
- Contest Period: The Gemstone Lights Photo Contest will run from February 6th, 2023 to February 13th, 2023. The contest will close on February 13th, 2023 at 11:59 p.m.
- Eligibility: The contest is open to residents of Canada and the United States who are 18 years of age or older.
- Photo Submissions: Participants may submit photos that showcase how they have incorporated Gemstone Lights into their home, garden or special event. The photo must be original and taken by the participant. By submitting a photo, participants grant Gemstone Lights the right to use the photo for marketing purposes.
- Voting: Anybody is welcome to vote for their favorite photo by clicking the heart in the bottom left corner of the picture. Participants may only vote once per email address.
- Winner Announcement: The winner of the contest will be announced within 5 days of the contest closing. The winner will be determined based on the number of votes received.
- Contacting the Winner: The Gemstone Lights Marketing Team will contact the winner directly through the e-mail they provided when uploading their image. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Gemstone Lights reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
- Prize: The winner will receive a $500 CAD Amazon Gift Card. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- By entering the contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Gemstone Lights reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without notice.
